The studio Labaranda is located in Los Llanos in a quiet environment on the sunny west side of La Palma. It has 45 sqm of living space and consists of a living-/ sleeping area with a well-equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a large furnished terrace. The garden of the Finca offers various terraces with seating areas, avocado trees and is planted with typical canarian plants and shrubs. The possibility to have a barbecue completes the ambience. The studio has double glazed windows and can accommodate 2 persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop. The Studio Labaranda is located right next to the Finca Labaranda and the Apartment Labaranda.

Location

The studio Labaranda is situated on an 800 sqm large property in Retamar, a district of Los Llanos de Aridane on the sunny west side of La Palma. The city centre can be reached in about 5 minutes by walk. Los Llanos has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. A bus stop can be reached in two minutes by walk, the bus station in about 12 minutes. The beaches can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Outdoor facilities

The studio has an approximately 40 sqm large, partially covered and furnished terrace. The garden of the Finca Labaranda is planted with avocado trees, typical canarian plants and shrubs and is for common use. Various furnished terraces and a barbecue area are provided to the guests of the house. The garden of the Finca has different terraces with seating areas. Access to the Finca is via an automatic, electrically operated gate. Parking spaces for several vehicles are available.

The combined living-/ sleeping area has a dining table with two chair, a flat screen with satellite and Spanish TV, a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Modern, integrated kitchen with induction stove, extractor, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer and hand blender.

Bathroom

Modern bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The studio will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. An extra cleaning is possible upon request and will be charged on spot. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Check in after 4 pm, check out until 11 am. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed!

„Schnuckeliges“ gemütliches Studio mit toller Aussicht, 10-15 minütigem Fußweg ins Stadtzentrum incl. Busbahnhof.Enthaelt alles notwendige mit volleingerichteter Küche. Bäcker nur 5 Minuten entfernt, Hyperdino 8 Minuten. Besitzerin spricht allerdings nur spanisch, für mich kein Problem, sie benutzt aber für Problemfälle Google Übersetzerprogramm.

Cancelation policy

In case of cancellation the owner will charge a fee as follow:
30 % from 39 days to 15 days before arrival
50 % from 14 days to 8 days before arrival
80 % from 7 days to 1 day before arrival
100 % for no-show
Of the total amount of rent will be charged.
