Description of this accommodation

The quietly situated holiday complex consists of a total of 5 bungalows and is located in a rural environment in the middle of a lush garden in Tacande, near the village of El Paso on the west side of La Palma. Each bungalow has approximately 65 sqm of living space, is equipped with an air-condition and has a living room with integrated kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a furnished terrace and can accommodate up to 4 persons. The pool deck with heated swimming pool is available for common use by the guests of the complex.

Location

The holiday complex is situated in a rural environment in the middle of a lush garden in Tacande, near the village of El Paso on the west side of La Palma. It is about 5 minutes by car to the center of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Los Llanos and around 20 minutes to the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte. The Caldera de Taburiente is within 10 minutes by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 20 minutes by car.

Each bungalow has a furnished terrace and barbecue area. The pool deck with heated swimming pool is available for communal use by the guests of the complex. Parking spaces are available.

Others

The accommodation will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Children with an age from 2 to 12 years will be charged with 8 euros per night, from 12 years on the full rental price is charged. The minimum time of rental between the 20.12. and the 03.01. are 10 days. A discount of 15 % will be given for bookings of one month or longer. Weekly intermediate cleaning and change of bed linen, towels and dishcloths. Smoking inside the accommodation is not allowed! Pets upon request. A cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 12 am. The German, English and Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
