The living space offers a sofa bed, two wicker chairs, German and Spanish TV reception via a flat-screen with Smart/TV, a Bose SoundLink Mini Bluetooth speaker, and a shelf with books.
The open kitchenette is well-equipped with a ceramic stove featuring three burners, a grill microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric mixer, and a kettle.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, WC and a hairdryer.
The apartment is not suitable for children and teenagers. Beach towels, towels, bed linen, and kitchen towels are available in sufficient quantities. For stays longer than 21 days, a change of laundry or an interim cleaning can be arranged at any time upon request; billing is based on effort. Clothes racks with clips and clotheslines on the roof terrace are available. A vacuum cleaner and various cleaning utensils are also provided. Over the Christmas and New Year holidays, the property is not rented out for less than 14 days. Smoking is permitted on the terrace only. A German property manager, who speaks Spanish and English, oversees the apartment. Check-in is possible from 3:30 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Das Apartment ID 505 ist sehr zu empfehlen. Eine sehr große Terrasse, auf der man ab Mittag viel Sonne genießen kann, gute Betten, gute Dusche - was will man mehr? Und ein nagelneuer Fahrstuhl ist auch da.
Schöne Wohnung, sauber, gute Ausstattung.Grosser Balkon, leider nach Norden ausgerichtet. Dafür aber sonnige schöne Promenade in nächster Nähe. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzerin.
The best equipped apartment that we ever had on La Palma. Clean, quiet, good location, good building, everything was there that we needed! The terrace is very large, with side views of the ocean and the mountains. The apartment owner was very accommodating. There is a very good Italian restaurant Il Forno just a few steps away, excellent pizza! Great value for money. Highly recommended!
