Locatie

The apartment is located in the centre of Los Llanos directly at the Plaza de España on the sunny west side of La Palma in a traffic-free zone. Shops and restaurants are located nearby. The next beaches are within 25 minutes by car. You can reach by a short drive the popular hiking trails of La Palma and starting points for a bike tour.

The balcony, overlooking the pedestrian zone, is furnished with a table and two chairs. Public parking spaces are available.

Satellite TV, Spanish TV, lift, internet (WLAN), dishwasher, washing machine, heating radiator, iron, hairdryer. A lockable bicycle storage room in the basement of the house is available to the guests of the apartment.

Geschikt voor

Culturally interested persons. Los Llanos offers many attractions and there are many interesting events. Bikers are very welcome too. There are two bike stations in Los Llanos.

Slaapkamer

he master bedroom features a double bed (135 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, and toilet. Guests also have access to a dressing area with an easily accessible wardrobe. The third person can stay in the office room, which is equipped with a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and a desk. The fourth person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, measuring 140 x 190 cm.

Woonkamer

The apartment has a large living-dining area with sofa, coffee table, two armchairs, large dining table with 6 chairs and access to the balcony. The second living room has a cozy corner sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm), coffee table, divan and flat screen with satellite TV. The owner's tableware is stored in the wooden glass cabinet and is locked.

Keuken

Separate and very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dining table with 4 chairs and flat screen with satellite TV.

Badkamer

One of the bathrooms, fitted with a walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer, is en suite to the master bedroom. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower, bidet and toilet.

Overig

The apartment is not rented for periods shorter than four days. Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and sufficient tableware are provided for the stay; changes are made weekly upon request. Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed in the property. For stays longer than one month, a discount may be available. The owner speaks Spanish and English and is available for any questions or requests. The apartment can be booked for adults with children over six years old (no cot or high chair is available).
