Locatie

The apartment is located in the centre of Los Llanos directly at the Plaza de España on the sunny west side of La Palma in a traffic-free zone. Shops and restaurants are located nearby. The next beaches are within 25 minutes by car. You can reach by a short drive the popular hiking trails of La Palma and starting points for a bike tour.

Buitenfaciliteiten

The balcony, overlooking the pedestrian zone, is furnished with a table and two chairs. Public parking spaces are available.

Extra's

Satellite TV, Spanish TV, lift, internet (WLAN), dishwasher, washing machine, heating radiator, iron, hairdryer. A lockable bicycle storage room in the basement of the house is available to the guests of the apartment.

Geschikt voor

Culturally interested persons. Los Llanos offers many attractions and there are many interesting events. Bikers are very welcome too. There are two bike stations in Los Llanos.

Slaapkamer

The master bedroom has a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps, a chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet and WC. Guests of the apartment have a dressing room with a spacious walk-in closet. The third person will be accommodated in the study, which is equipped with a single bed (90 cm x 190 cm), a desk and a wall unit. The fourth and fifth person will be accommodated on the sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm) in the living room.

Woonkamer

The apartment has a large living-dining area with sofa, coffee table, two armchairs, large dining table with 6 chairs and access to the balcony. The second living room has a cozy corner sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm), coffee table, divan and flat screen with satellite TV. The owner's tableware is stored in the wooden glass cabinet and is locked.

Keuken

Separate and very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dining table with 4 chairs and flat screen with satellite TV.

Badkamer

One bathroom with shower, bidet, WC and hair dryer is connected to the master bedroom. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 3 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Beach towels are provided. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! A high chair and a cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. For bookings from more than one month to a maximum of 3 months, the owner gives a discount; price on request. Renting for longer than 3 months is not possible. The English and Spanish speaking owner is at your disposal for questions or wishes.
