Locatie

The apartment is located in the old town of Tazacorte on the sunny west side of the island, which is known for the most hours of sunshine on La Palma. Supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, banks and a bus stop are nearby. Tazacorte also has a tourist office, a banana museum, a gym and a public outdoor swimming pool, which opens during the summer months. The harbor and the beach are within 20 minutes on foot.

Slaapkamer

The apartment has two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm, viscoelastic foam mattress), bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe and air-conditioning system (heating/ cooling). The other has a single bed (90 cm x 200 cm, foam mattress), bedside table, bedside lamp, wardrobe and ceiling fan. The fourth person will be accommodate on the sofa bed in the living room. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Woonkamer

Large and bright living room with sofa, sofa bed, coffee table, two side tables, satellite-, German and Spanish TV, flat screen, air-conditioning system (heating/ cooling) and access to the balcony. Furthermore a study is provided to the guests of the apartment.

Keuken

Modern, very well equipped kitchen with induction stove (3 hobs), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer, hand blender and dining table with 4 chairs.

Badkamer

The apartment consists of a modern bathroom and a guest toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a WC with shower function and a hair dryer.

Overig

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Children with an age of less than 2 years stay free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years on will be charged with the normal price. A high chair will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Beach towels are provided. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 4 pm, check out until 10 am. The Spanish and English speaking owners are available for questions. This accommodation can be rented for long term. The minimum time of rental is three month; the price is 1.200 Euros per month including water and electricity. A security of a monthly rent is to deposit.
