The apartment is located in the centre of Los Llanos directly at the Plaza de España on the sunny west side of La Palma in a traffic-free zone. Shops and restaurants are located nearby. The beach can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Uitzicht

Guests of the apartment will enjoy from the approximately 9 sqm large balcony a fantastic view over the roofs of Los Llanos up to the mountain panorama of the Cumbre, the beautiful Plaza España, the streets of the old town district and the Atlantic Ocean.

Buitenfaciliteiten

The large balcony is furnished with a table, two chairs, a bench and two sun loungers with cushions. An awning provides shadow when needed. An underground parking space is available and can be rented upon prior request for a fee of 5, - € per day.

Geschikt voor

Culturally interested persons. Los Llanos offers many attractions and there are many interesting events. Bikers are very welcome too. There are two bike stations in Los Llanos.

Slaapkamer

The apartment has two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed with two single mattress of high quality (each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. The other is furnished with a sofa bed, a wardrobe and a sideboard. Quilts (either down or Nordic for the 180 cm x 200 cm bed) and Nordic quilts for the sofa bed are provided for colder days.

Woonkamer

Cozy, bright living room with sofa corner, coffee table, satellite TV, flat screen, dining table with 4 chairs and access to the balcony.

Keuken

Integrated, very well equipped American kitchen with induction stove (3 hobs), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso maker, water kettle, toaster, hand blender and fruit juice squeezer. Guests have from here access to a small, patio facing, balcony which is furnished with a washing machine and a drying rack.

Badkamer

Modern bathroom with shower (rain shower and normal shower) and WC.

Overig

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. The apartment is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and a teenager over the age of 16 years. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided. The price includes an intermediate cleaning and a change of towel and bed linen after a week of stay. An extra cleaning is possible upon request and will be charged on spot. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! The German, Spanish and English speaking owners are available for questions.
