The newly renovated 74 sqm large apartment Atico La Plaza is located on the top floor of a building with lift directly on the beautiful Plaza de España in the heart of Los Llanos de Aridane on the sunny west side of La Palma. The apartment is high-quality and tastefully furnished and consists of 2 bedrooms, a cozy living room with American kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and a furnished terrace. The apartment is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and a teenager over the age of 16 years.
Location
The apartment is located in the centre of Los Llanos directly at the Plaza de España on the sunny west side of La Palma in a traffic-free zone. Shops and restaurants are located nearby. The beach can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.

Guests of the apartment will enjoy from the approximately 9 sqm large balcony a fantastic view over the roofs of Los Llanos up to the mountain panorama of the Cumbre, the beautiful Plaza España, the streets of the old town district and the Atlantic Ocean.
Outdoor facilities
The large balcony is furnished with a table, two chairs, a bench and two sun loungers with cushions. An awning provides shadow when needed. An underground parking space is available and can be rented upon prior request for a fee of 5, - € per day.

Suitable for
Culturally interested persons. Los Llanos offers many attractions and there are many interesting events. Bikers are very welcome too. There are two bike stations in Los Llanos.
Bedroom
The apartment has two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed with two single mattress of high quality (each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. The other is furnished with a sofa bed, a wardrobe and a sideboard. Quilts (either down or Nordic for the 180 cm x 200 cm bed) and Nordic quilts for the sofa bed are provided for colder days.
Living room
Cozy, bright living room with sofa corner, coffee table, satellite TV, flat screen, dining table with 4 chairs and access to the balcony.
Kitchen
Integrated, very well equipped American kitchen with induction stove (3 hobs), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso maker, water kettle, toaster, hand blender and fruit juice squeezer. Guests have from here access to a small, patio facing, balcony which is furnished with a washing machine and a drying rack.
Bathroom
Modern bathroom with shower (rain shower and normal shower) and WC.

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. The apartment is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and a teenager over the age of 16 years. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided. The price includes an intermediate cleaning and a change of towel and bed linen after a week of stay. An extra cleaning is possible upon request and will be charged on spot. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! The German, Spanish and English speaking owners are available for questions.

Wohl die beste Unterkunft welche ich auf der Insel je hatte, und ich hatte schon viele.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Wohnung und würden sie wieder auswählen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: In der Beschreibung könnte man den Eindruck erhalten, dass der Fahrstuhl bis in die erwähnte Tiefgarage fährt, was allerdings nicht der Fall ist, es gibt getrennte Zugänge. Für uns eigentlich kein nennenswerter Umstand, aber für Gäste mit körperlicher Einschränkung evtl. ein Problem.
