The three-storey, canarian town house has been in 2015 in a historic style completely renovated and has 115 sqm of living space. The apartments extends over the second and the third floor. The large living- dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom are situated on the second floor. The third floor consist of another bedroom, a furnished roof terrace and a guest bathroom. An additional, independent bedroom with its own bathroom is provided on the first floor and can be rented for a fifth and sixth person. The city's most beautiful squares, cafés and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Availability upon request.
Locatie
The house is appx. 5 minutes far from the Plaza España and the bus station. It is situated directly in the Avenida Maritima, at the opposite of the beach, in Santa Cruz de La Palma. It is about 10 minutes by car or bus from and to the airport. Santa Cruz de La Palma is the capital of the island and the cultural and commercial center of the "Isla Bonita", starting point for hikes and tours to all parts of the island. The city is with its subtropical climate all year-round ideal for recreation.

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. A weekly clean up and change of bedlinen and towels is including the price.
