The holiday house Casa Marilan is a two-storey canarian town house and has been completely renovated in a historic style in 2014. The house has approximately 115 sqm of living space. The living- dining room, the kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom and the partially covered courtyard are situated in the ground floor. Another bedroom with its own balcony, a bathroom and the furnished roof terrace are located upstairs. The city's most beautiful squares, cafés and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Availability upon request.
Locatie
The house is appx. 5 minutes far from the Plaza España and the bus station. It is situated in a small side street in the old town of Santa Cruz de La Palma. It is about 10 minutes by car or bus from and to the airport. Santa Cruz de La Palma is the capital of the island and the cultural and commercial center of the "Isla Bonita", starting point for hikes and tours to all parts of the island. The city is with its subtropical climate all year-round ideal for recreation. The beach is within a few minutes by foot.

The house consists of two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, beside lamps, bedside tables, a wardrobe and access to the balcony. The other is furnished with two twin beds, a bedside table, reading lamps, wardrobe and a desk with chair.

Living room with sofa, two rocking chairs, coffee table, satellite TV, flat screen with radio and dining table with 6 chairs.
Keuken
Well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and washing machine.
Badkamer
The house has two bathrooms, one with bathtub, bidet and WC, the other with shower and WC.
Overig
The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. A weekly clean up and change of bedlinen and towels is including the price.

Das Haus ist hübsch. Wir hätten uns allerdings Bettwäsche gewünscht, die nicht nach Stinkefüssen riecht. Das heißt, normalerweise müssen die Decken mal gewaschen werden, bevor sie mit frischem Überzug versehen werden. Ebenso rochen auch die Handtücher nicht frisch. Es ist immer angenehm, wenn man zumindest eine Flasche Wasser beim Ankommen vorfindet. Wir empfanden das alles ziemlich lieblos. Man hätte auch ein Foto hinterlegen können, wo sich der Parkplatz oberhalb des Hauses befindet, denn die angegebene Adresse zum Parkplatz stimmte nicht.

so schön dass die alten Häuschen wieder restauriert werden. Ruhig, tolle Aussicht, aber doch zentrumsnah. Unbedingt einen Kleinwagen nehmen ! Das ist für die Anfahrt zum Haus und auf dem Parkplatz von Vorteil.
Annuleringsvoorwaarden
Bij annulering van het contract zijn de volgende percentages van toepassing op het resterende saldo (exclusief de niet-restitueerbare initiële servicekosten voor boekingsbevestiging):
20% vanaf de sluiting van het contract tot 60 dagen voor aankomst
40% van 59 dagen tot 30 dagen voor aankomst
50% van 29 dagen tot 8 dagen voor aankomst
100% van 7 dagen tot 1 dag voor aankomst en bij no-show
