Villa de las Estrellas is situated in a secluded location in the sunny west of La Palma, on a plot of 2,800 square metres in Tacande abajo. The villa has perfect sea views over the Aridante valley, views of the mountains and the Tajogaite volcano. The spacious grounds of the holiday home are extremely quiet and are nestled in an extensive garden with dragon trees, Canary pines, palms and fruit trees
Furnishings: The holiday home offers 150 square metres of living space and is divided into a spacious main part and an adjoining flat. However, the property is only rented to one party at a time.
Very spacious open-plan kitchen with excellent equipment, open-plan living and fireplace area with Canarian wooden roofs, transition into the living and dining gallery with wide window fronts with sea and volcano views. Bedroom and bathroom en suite in the main house, a further bedroom with bathroom en suite with its own kitchen in the flat. A sofa bed in a separate area of the gallery in the living area. All-round terraces and chill-out areas, also in the garden, large furnished terrace with sea views over the Aridane valley. Canarian-style brick barbecue, allowing for beautiful and very private stays.
Villa de las Estrellas has its own driveway and car park.

Villa de las Estrellas is adjacent to Finca Luna Baila on a secluded hill without traffic in a quiet rural location
Shopping facilities and restaurants in El Paso or Los Llanos are within a few minutes by car, partly within walking distance. Two bus stops to St.Cruz or Los Llanos are only a few hundred metres away. Hiking accesses via Tacande or El Paso are within walking distance. The beach at Tazacorte or Charco Verde is about 20 minutes away by car.

Magnificent sea views over the Aridane Valley are offered through lush window fronts and of the Tajogaite volcano. The perfect location of the terrace offers magnificent sunsets, glazed canopies ensure a view of the stars!

Woonkamer
The living area is divided into two sections: A fireplace room in the open-plan living concept to the spacious kitchen and a gallery with large window fronts and perfect sea views. The dining area and access to the large terrace are also located here. A separate area in the gallery can be darkened and offers a sofa bed.
Keuken
Wonderful cooking sessions are possible in the very generously equipped, open-plan kitchen. (Including dishwasher and washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, hand blender, hand mixer, coffee machine, toaster, electric juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board, plenty of worktop space on the spacious granite surface.
Badkamer
Two bathrooms, each assigned to a bedroom, with shower, WC, storage space, hairdryer and fully opening windows.
Overig
Equipment: Towels and bed linen are provided. (no beach towels), tea towels, cushions for chairs
Service: . Cleaning, towel and linen change once a week.
A cot and high chair are provided free of charge. Free internet access.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden
The renter can cancel the rental contract at any time prior arrival. Important is the date when the cancellation is received by the lessor. The cancellation has to be made in written form.If the renter withdraws from the rental agreement, the lessor may demand compensation for the loss.
If the renter cancel the rental before the start of the lease, the following cancellation fees applies:
25% if cancelled up to 59 days before arrival
50% from 58 days to 30 days before arrival
90% from 29 days to 8 days before arrival
100 % from 7 days to 1 day before arrival
The right of the renter to prove, that the lessor suffered less or no damage, remains unaffected. The renter can declare until 7 days before arrival, that in place of himself another person take over the rental contract, which are named by the renter with the name and exact address of the person to the lessor. The lessor may object to such contract transfer or the exchange of individual participants, if there are important reasons against these persons.
For the change or cancellation of the rental contract, the lessor reserves the right to charge a processing fee of 50 Euros. The renter has no right of a rebooking such as changes of the appointment, the rental property, etc. The lessor will endeavor, as far as this is possible, to fulfill the wishes of the renter.
