Villa MeiNora is a modern combination of two holiday homes into one villa with a private pool for up to six people. The property is located on 1,500 square metres in Tacande on the sunny west side of La Palma. There are three bedrooms, each with three bathrooms en suite, and a modern, open-plan kitchen. All bedrooms have their own exit to the garden. The open-plan living room is divided into a lounge and dining area. Off this is the conservatory, which can be opened to the pool.
Outside: The partially glazed terraces around the house have been designed on one level to optimise the versatility of use in every direction, in a group or alone. Villa MeiNora is surrounded by a mature palm and fruit garden. The entrance terrace offers a brick-built bench area and loungers by the pool. The beautiful pergola, a cantilever parasol with dining area or the large trees provide shade. The roof terrace offers a complete panoramic view of the mountains, the sea and the finca's palm garden as well as an open sky for stargazing at night and is ideal for weather observation and determining destinations for excursions.
Locatie
Villa MeiNora is part of the Finca Luna Baila on 9,000 square metres in Tacande abajo, in the municipality of El Paso. The finca is located on a secluded hill, without traffic in a quiet rural location The accessibility is ideal for excursions in all directions. Restaurants are just a few minutes away. There are bars, restaurants and shopping facilities in El Paso (2km) and also in the beautiful village of Los Lanos (5km). There is a bus station just a few minutes from the house. The first hiking trails can be found in Tacande and the first views of the Tajogaite lava flows are also within walking distance. The beaches of Tazacorte and Charco Verde on the west side can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Annuleringsvoorwaarden
The renter can cancel the rental contract at any time prior arrival. Important is the date when the cancellation is received by the lessor. The cancellation has to be made in written form.If the renter withdraws from the rental agreement, the lessor may demand compensation for the loss.
If the renter cancel the rental before the start of the lease, the following cancellation fees applies:
25% if cancelled up to 59 days before arrival
50% from 58 days to 30 days before arrival
90% from 29 days to 8 days before arrival
100 % from 7 days to 1 day before arrival
The right of the renter to prove, that the lessor suffered less or no damage, remains unaffected. The renter can declare until 7 days before arrival, that in place of himself another person take over the rental contract, which are named by the renter with the name and exact address of the person to the lessor. The lessor may object to such contract transfer or the exchange of individual participants, if there are important reasons against these persons.
For the change or cancellation of the rental contract, the lessor reserves the right to charge a processing fee of 50 Euros. The renter has no right of a rebooking such as changes of the appointment, the rental property, etc. The lessor will endeavor, as far as this is possible, to fulfill the wishes of the renter.
