Shopping facilities and restaurants in El Paso or Los Llanos are within a few minutes by car, partly within walking distance. Two bus stops to St.Cruz or Los Llanos are only a few hundred metres away. Hiking accesses via Tacande or El Paso are within walking distance. The beach at Tazacorte or Charco Verde is about 20 minutes away by car.

Living room

The living area is divided into two sections: A fireplace room in the open-plan living concept to the spacious kitchen and a gallery with large window fronts and perfect sea views. The dining area and access to the large terrace are also located here. A separate area in the gallery can be darkened and offers a sofa bed.

Kitchen

Wonderful cooking sessions are possible in the very generously equipped, open-plan kitchen. (Including dishwasher and washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, hand blender, hand mixer, coffee machine, toaster, electric juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron and ironing board, plenty of worktop space on the spacious granite surface.

Bathroom

Two bathrooms, each assigned to a bedroom, with shower, WC, storage space, hairdryer and fully opening windows.

Equipment: Towels and bed linen are provided. (no beach towels), tea towels, cushions for chairs
