Locatie

The house is situated in a quiet environment behind a banana plantation, in the south of Puerto Naos, directly on the cliffs in a particularly mild climate zone on the sunny west side of La Palma. The natural sandy beach bay of Charco Verde is only 500 metres away. A bus stop is about 250 metres away. The small fishing village of El Remo is within 3 km, Puerto Naos about 1,5 km. There are shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bike station, a diving centre and a paragliding station. Los Llanos and Tazacorte are about 15 minutes away by car.

Buitenfaciliteiten

The 1000 sqm large garden is overgrown with palm trees and tropical plants, and offers therefore shady areas. In front of the house is a terrace with a brick seating area. Several sun loungers with cushions, a parasol and a small barbecue area are available. A small swimming pool (4 m in diameter) can be filled on request for a fee and offers cooling on warm days. The property is fenced and has a parking space directly next to the house.

Slaapkamer

The house has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm). The bedroom to the right of the living room has its own bathroom. If two persons are staying in the house, one bedroom and one bathroom are provided. If two persons want to use the entire house, the daily rate increases by 15 euros.

Woonkamer

Comfortable, large living room with integrated kitchenette, consisting of a 5 m long brick sofa with coffee table, two wicker armchairs, satellite and German TV, an open fireplace and a dining table with four chairs.

Keuken

Integrated, well-equipped kitchenette with gas stove (4 flames, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine and water kettle.

Badkamer

The house has two bathrooms, one with a round bathtub and WC, the other with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.

If two persons want to use the entire house, the daily rate increases by 15 euros.
