The house was built by Vicente Álvarez, a master mason, who personally constructed it over many years as a family home, giving it a unique style and special beauty. During its restoration, great care was taken to preserve the original essence of the property, maintaining unique details such as the high ceilings in the older part of the house, traditional hydraulic tile floors, and many handcrafted elements that reflect the dedication and craftsmanship of that time.

Today, the house remains a spacious, cozy and very private accommodation, ideal for families or groups looking to enjoy an authentic stay on La Palma.
