Apartment on the first floor of an apartment building in Puerto Naos (no elevator). This tastefully furnished home is perfect for two people and impresses with its high-quality amenities. With a total area of 75 m², it features a cozy bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an open, well-equipped kitchen that blends seamlessly into the living and dining area. A particular highlight is the spacious, 25 m² furnished terrace with a side view of the ocean, inviting you to relax and unwind.

The apartment is located on Calle Manuel Rodríguez Quintero, just 50 meters from the promenade. Restaurants, supermarkets, and a bus stop are within walking distance. The promenade is perfect for evening strolls.

The apartment is ideal for two adults and not suitable for children. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. Towels, bed linen, and kitchen towels are provided in sufficient quantity. A washing machine is available for bookings of two weeks or longer. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
The accommodation is available for stays of 7 nights or longer. The Spanish owners also speak English and are happy to assist with any questions. Guests are kindly requested to remove any sand from beachwear or shoes before entering the apartment to prevent clogging the drains.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out should be completed by 11:00 AM.

Es war für mich alleine die perfekte Wohnung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung der Küche, die an nichts fehlen ließ, mehr als ausreichende Handtücher und eine Waschmaschine auf einem extra Aussenbereich, der große Balkon und die zentrale Lage… Ich komme aus dem Schwärmen gar nicht mehr heraus ????. Last but not least Ein sehr sympathisches, hilfsbereites Vermieterehepaar????
