The house is located in a quiet environment on a 1000 sqm large, walled property in the village of Las Manchas de abajo. The access is via a large gate; behind is the private parking area. The beautiful Plaza Glorietta as well as the wine museum can be reached in a few minutes by walk. Hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity. The beach of Puerto Naos is reachable in about 10 minutes by car, the popular bay of Charco Verde in about 12 minutes. Fuencaliente and Los Llanos can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

The house is located on a lovingly landscaped property with various seating options and a sheltered sun terrace with outdoor shower, two sun loungers with cushions and a parasol. A covered barbecue area with dining table and outdoor kitchen completes the ambience of this holiday house. A private parking space is located inside the walled property.

Slaapkamer

The house has a bedroom with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm) which can be arranged into a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Quilts are provided for colder days.

Woonkamer

The large open living room is equipped with two sofas, a sofa table and a flat screen TV with satellite, German and Spanish TV. From the adjoining conservatory with its large wooden table with 6 chairs and two swinging armchairs, the guests of the house enjoy a beautiful view at the Atlantic Ocean.

Keuken

Very well equipped, integrated kitchen with induction stove, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, fruit juice squeezer and blender.

Badkamer

Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. An intermediate cleaning and extra change of linen is possible on request and will be charged with a fee. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 11 am. The English and Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
