Locatie

The house is located together with three other holiday houses on an 8.000 sqm property in the district of San Nicolas in Las Manchas, at the foot of the volcano Tajogaite, on the sunny west side of the island. Los Llanos is reachable in about 12 minutes by car and has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. The popular bay of Charco Verde is within 10 minutes by car. The popular restaurant "Bodega de Tamanca", the "Plaza La Glorieta" and the visitor centre of the volcanic caves "Caños de Fuego" and "Cueva de las Palomas" are nearby. Las Manchas has two bars, a small pharmacy and a health centre. In Jedey is a small shop called "Viveres Lalas".

Buitenfaciliteiten

In front of the house, there is a partially covered terrace equipped with a table and four chairs, four sun loungers, and a parasol. The sundeck with a chlorine-based pool (10 m x 5 m), sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower is available for communal use by the guests of the property. A parking space is directly at the house.

Slaapkamer

The house consists of three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe, and offers an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The other two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm), bedside table with lamp and wardrobe. The second bathroom with a shower is located between the two bedrooms.

Woonkamer

The spacious living room with a Canarian wooden gabled roof has two sofas, a coffee table, satellite televison as well as German and Spanish television, a fireplace, a small reading corner, and access to the west-facing, partially covered furnished terrace.

Keuken

The semi-open, well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove (3 burners), extractor hood, oven, large fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, microwave, hand mixer, juicer, dining table with 6 chairs, and washing machine offers access to the rear terrace, where the grill is also located.

Badkamer

The house has two bathrooms. An en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer is attached to the master bedroom. The second bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer is located between the two bedrooms.

Overig

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Beach towels are not provided. A cot and a high chair are be provided free of charge upon prior request. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The owners, who speak Spanish and a little English, are available for any questions or requests.
