The house is located in a very quiet setting on a 220 sqm large property in La Punta on the sunny west side of La Palma. La Punta boasts a few supermarkets and bars. Tijarafe is reachable in approximately 15 minutes by car, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and banks. The Tazacorte beach is also just a 15-minute drive away, offering supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and banks. Hiking trails begin in the vicinity.

The integrated kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, fridge-freezer and a dining table with two chairs.

The house has a bathroom with a shower, hand basin and WC and a guest toilet.

Overig

The house is offered for a rental period of one to a maximum of 5 months. The rental price includes the additional costs for water, electricity and internet. Gas bottles are not included in the rental price. A deposit of two months' rent is required. Pets are not permitted.
