Make your stay in the high-quality and beautifully furnished bungalows of this exclusive holiday resort to a top-class break and a very personal memory! The bungalow Yael is located together with 3 other bungalows on a 2100 sqm lovingly landscaped property in a quiet environment in Las Norias, in one of the best climatic zones of the island. All bungalows are furnished to a high standard. The large outdoor area with heated swimming pool with counter-current system and massage jets is available for communal use by the guests of the complex. The bungalow Yael was refurbished and newly furnished in 2021. It has a living area of approximately 50 sqm and consists of an open living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom and a large terrace with lounge and sea view. The terrace to the adjacent bungalow Yonit is separated by a shapely wall, so that privacy is guaranteed. Internet enables free surfing on your own laptop. The bungalow is equipped with double-glazed windows and can accommodate two persons. The accommodation is not suitable for children under 16 years.

The bungalow is located together with 3 other bungalows on a 2100 sqm lovingly landscaped property in a quiet environment in Las Norias, in one of the best climatic zones of the island. The popular bay of Charco Verde is about 8 minutes by car. Fuencaliente and Los Llanos can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Los Llanos and Fuencaliente has shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. The Caldera de Taburiente is about 25 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 35 minutes by car.

The bungalow has a private terrace of approximately 20 sqm with lounge furniture, a table, two chairs with cushions, two sun loungers with cushions, a parasol and a barbecue. The large swimming pool area with the 3,5 m x 7 m heated saltwater-based pool with counter-current system and massage jets, sun loungers and outdoor shower is available to the guests of the complex for communal use. Parking spaces are located directly at the accommodation.

The integrated, very well-equipped kitchen has a gas stove with 4 flames, an extractor hood, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee machine (you must bring your own capsules), a water kettle, a toaster, a fruit-juice squeezer and a hand blender.
Badkamer
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hairdryer.
Overig
The bungalow will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days (shorter stays upon request). Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided. For stays of 14 nights or more, towels and bed linen will be changed after 7 nights. Smoking in the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in by prior arrangement, check out until 10 am. The German, Dutch, French, Spanish and English speaking owners are at your disposal for any questions or wishes.

Cancellations of stays longer than 4 weeks are subject to the following fees:
