The bungalow is located together with 3 other bungalows on a 2100 sqm lovingly landscaped property in a quiet environment in Las Norias, in one of the best climatic zones of the island. The popular bay of Charco Verde is about 8 minutes by car. Fuencaliente and Los Llanos can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Los Llanos and Fuencaliente has shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. The Caldera de Taburiente is about 25 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 35 minutes by car.

The bungalow has a private terrace of approximately 60 sqm, partly shaded by the wooden pergola, with lounge furniture, two tables, four chairs with cushions, two sun loungers with cushions, a parasol and a barbecue. Guests of the bungalow also have access to the private, 30 sqm large roof terrace with a table, two chairs with cushions, two sun loungers with supports and a parasol. From here you will have a spectacular view at the most beautiful sunsets of La Palma. The large swimming pool area with the 3,5 m x 7 m heated saltwater-based pool with counter-current system and massage jets, sun loungers and outdoor shower is available to the guests of the complex for communal use. Parking spaces are located directly at the accommodation.

Keuken

The integrated, very well-equipped kitchen has an induction hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee machine (you must bring your own capsules), a water kettle, a toaster, a fruit-juice squeezer, a hand blender and a breakfast counter with two barstools.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hairdryer.

Overig

The bungalow will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days (shorter stays upon request). Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided. For stays of 14 nights or more, towels and bed linen will be changed after 7 nights. Smoking in the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in by prior arrangement, check out until 10 am. The German, Dutch, French, Spanish and English speaking owners are at your disposal for any questions or wishes.
