Canarian house El Lomito

Location

The Canarian holiday house Casa El Lomito is situated on an approximately 1000 sqm large Finca with a well-tended garden with fruit trees in an absolutely quiet environment in Tijarafe in the northwest of the island of La Palma. The city centre of Tijarafe is about 1 km away. There are restaurants, banks, supermarkets and a pharmacy. Tijarafe has its own brewery with adjoining restaurant and beer garden. The beach of Tazacorte is reachable in about 35 minutes by car. Hiking trails start close to the house.

Outdoor facilities

In front of the house is a with table and chairs furnished terrace. The adjoining pool deck has a heated saltwater pool, sun loungers, an umbrella and an outside shower. A barbecue area is provided to the guests of the house. A parking space is located next to the house.

Bedroom

The house has a bedroom with double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) which can be arranged as a double bed, bedside table, a bedside lamp and a wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Living room

Open living room with sofa bed, coffee table, side table, reading lamp, satellite TV, Spanish TV, CD-player, small library with books, dining table with 4 chairs and access to the terrace.

Kitchen

Integrated kitchen with a ceramic stove, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer and hand blender.

Bathroom

Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Beach towels are provided. Children with an age up to 2 years stay free of charge. Children with an age from 2 until 12 years will be charged with 10 Euro per day. Children with an age from 12 years on will be charged with the normal price. A cot will be provided free of charge upon prior request. The third person will be accommodated on an extra bed in the living room. An extra cleaning and changes of bed linen and towels is possible upon request and for a fee. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 10 am.
