Villa Javier La Palma

Location

The villa Javier Esther is situated in a quiet environment between Los Llanos and El Paso on the sunny west side of La Palma. The city centre of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies is about 5 minutes by car. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Los Llanos and 15 minutes to the popular seaside village of Puerto Naos. There is a beach promenade with shops, a paragliding station and a diving centre.

Outdoor facilities

In front of the house is the large covered lounge area as well as a dining table with 8 chairs. The beautifully landscaped garden has a large lawn with adjoining pool deck with five sun loungers and the 8,50 m x 4,50 m large swimming pool. The covered barbecue area with outdoor kitchen and dining area completes the spacious outdoor area of the Villa. Parking spaces are located directly at the property.

Satellite TV, Spanish TV, internet (Wifi), safe, fireplace, electric heating system, washing machine, clothes line, iron, dishwasher, barbecue, hairdryer. The central heating-system, with radiators in all rooms, can be used for a fee of 30 Euros/day.

Bedroom

The villa consists of four bedrooms, each with a double bed and single matrasses (each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Living room

Spacious, open living room with three sofas, coffee table, fireplace, satellite TV, Spanish TV, flat screen, dining table with 8 chairs and access to the terrace.

Kitchen

Modern and well equipped integrated kitchen with ceramic stove (4 ceramic hobs), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle, fruit juice squeezer and table with 8 chairs.

Bathroom

The villa consists of two bathrooms. One with bathtub, shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer, the other with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The villa will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. The accommodation will be cleaned weekly. This cleaning includes the change of bed linen and towels. Personal hygiene products are not provided. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years on will be charged with the normal price. A cot and a high chair will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Smoking and pets inside the house are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The German, Spanish and English speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
