The property “Cora Ena” in Las Norias is approx. 165 sqm in size. The bungalow with its extraordinary architecture is divided into three levels, entrance area with guest toilet, 3 steps to the living area with dining area, kitchen separated by a counter, fireplace room with Smart TV, then the upper area with connecting door to the 2 bedrooms, hallway and bathroom. The furnishings are neat and cozy with attention to detail. The kitchen is well equipped.
Location
Casa Cora Ena is located on the west side in the quiet Residencia La Norias between La Laguna and Puerto Naos, about 200 metres above sea level. This area is particularly appreciated for its balanced climate. This means that it is not too cold in winter and not too hot in summer and is a good starting point for many activities to explore the island.

Outdoor facilities
Furnished terrace. Additional terrace with integrated barbecue and brick-built dining area. The spacious pool area offers plenty of space for sunbathing. The pool (8 x 4 m, depth 1.30 to 1.80) is heated all year round. In winter from October to April with a heat pump, in summer it is solar-heated. At the pool area there is another raised seating area with panoramic views. The house is surrounded by a mature garden and large palm trees.
