Description of this accommodation

The favourable location of the small holiday home complex Villa Marta near the Atlantic Ocean, on the west side of the island of La Palma, protected from the trade wind by the mountains, allows you to enjoy the warm temperatures of the Gulf Stream in winter - the freshness of the Ocean in summer. The holiday home complex consists of a total of 7 apartments. Apartment 5 has an open living room with an integrated kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a furnished terrace with a view at the Atlantic Ocean. The facility has a washing machine with detergent and a tumble dryer. For a one-time fee of 6 euros guests will get the key at the reception. The 8 m x 4 m (depth 130 cm to 160 cm) large swimming pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers with cushions is available to guests for communal use. The apartment is equipped with double-glazed windows and can accommodate 2 persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop. Availability upon request.

Location

The absolutely quiet situated holiday complex is located in the south of Puerto Naos and is the only one on the bay of "Charco Verde". The natural sandy beach is only 200 meters far from the complex. A bus stop is at the entrance to the holiday complex. You can reach Puerto Naos in 5 minutes by car and there are shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and a bus stop, a bike station, a diving center and a paragliding station. Los Llanos and Tazacorte is reachable in about 10 minutes by car. You can reach by a short drive the popular hiking trails of La Palma and starting points for a bike tour.

Outdoor facilities

In front of the apartment is a terrace with a table, two chairs and sun loungers, all with cushions as well as an umbrella. The 8 m x 4 m (depth 130 cm to 160 cm) large swimming pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers with cushions is available to guests for communal use. The guests of the holiday complex can collect here every day free of charge fresh bananas from the island. Parking places are provided next to the holiday complex.

It is not allowed to feed free-range animals like cats and dogs and accustoming them to the holiday accommodation. Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 11 am. The German, Spanish and English speaking owners are available for questions and wishes.
