The house has its own terrace with awning and private garden pavilion. The subtropical park with romantic, tranquil oases, solar-heated swimming pool (5 m x 10 m x 1,60 m) with large sun terrace, comfortable sun loungers, parasols, as well as tables and chairs, barbecue area, fish pond with waterfall and aviary with exotic birds are available to guests for communal use. A private parking space is available on the property.

Ironing facilities, washing machine and dryer use by arrangement. The accommodation is not suitable for children with an age of less than 13 years, pets are not allowed. Own free internet, free telephone calls to many countries in the world. The German, English, Dutch and Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
