The three-storey apartment house is situated on a 1500 sqm large property with a garden, planted with fruit trees, close to the center of Los Llanos .All apartments have between 35 sqm and 55 sqm of living space and consist of one or two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a living room with dining area and a bathroom. A solar heated salt water swimming pool (approximately 6 m x 2 m) with sun loungers, a large, quiet garden with barbecue area, solarium/ pavilion, library and a large roof terrace with tables, chairs and sun loungers are provided to the guests. The apartment shown here is suitable for two persons and is located in the second floor of the building. It has approximately 35 sqm of living space and consists of a bedroom, a living room with seating area and LCD-TV as well as an open kitchen, a balcony and a small bathroom. AVAILABILITY UPON REQUEST.
Locatie
The center of Los Llanos can be reached in approximately 5 minutes by walk, a bus stop is 300 meters away. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The entrance to the Caldera de Taburiente is about 3 km far. The beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car. A small supermarket with cafeteria is located in the same building.

Situated on a 1500 sqm large garden with fruit trees (the fruits are for personal use) with a large solar-heated saltwater swimming pool and pool deck, furnished with umbrellas, sun loungers and lots of seating areas. A large roof terrace for common use is provided to the guests of the house. Public parking spaces are provided.

The bedroom has two twin beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm with spring core mattresses) which can be arranged as a double bed.

Integrated, well equipped kitchen with table, chairs, ceramic stove, extractor hood, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle.

Overig
Children with an age of less than 2 years stay free of charge and a cot will be provided upon request. One child older than 4 years stays free of charge when using one of the existing beds. Children with an age from 12 years on will be charged with the normal price. Maximum one cot can be provided per apartment. Towels will be changed each 2 days, bed linen every 7 days. Beach and pool towels are provided. Arrival and departure: Check from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm, check out from 9:00 am to 12:00 am. Smoking in the apartment and pets are not allowed! The reception opens daily.
