Locatie

The house is located in a quiet environment at the end of the village of Jedey, right next to a hiking trail. A small supermarket is about 2 minutes by walk. Los Llanos is about 20 minutes away by car and has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. The popular bathing bay Charco Verde is reachable in about 15 minutes by car, Fuencaliente in about 20 minutes.

Buitenfaciliteiten

The large terrace is partially covered and furnished with a table and 6 chairs. Under the pergola is another seating area with a table and four chairs. On the large sun deck, two sun loungers and a parasol are available for the guests of the house. The large barbecue and the jaccuzi complete the ambience of this holiday house. A private parking space is located directly at the house.

Slaapkamer

The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) with latex mattresses, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and air conditioning. The other has two single beds each (90 cm x 200 cm), a chest of drawers and a bedside table with lamp. Down duvets are available to the clients for colder days.

Woonkamer

Living room with two sofas, sofa table, flat screen with German and Spanish television, air conditioning, dining table with four chairs and access to the terrace.

Keuken

Kitchen with ceramic hob (4 hotplates), extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, washing machine and food processor.

Badkamer

The house has two bathrooms. One bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer, the other with shower and WC.

Overig

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 6 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Beach towels are provided. A highchair and a cot will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 5 pm, check out until 12 am. The Spanish, English and Italian speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
