This 79 m² apartment is located in Puerto Naos, approximately 100 metres from the beach and the seafront promenade. It is situated on the fourth and top floor of a building without a lift and offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay close to the sea.
The accommodation has two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, and an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living room provides direct access to the furnished terrace, a pleasant place to enjoy breakfast, dine outdoors or simply relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other appliances, a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
The living room features a sofa, satellite TV and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms also has a desk and workspace, ideal for guests who need to use a computer during their stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine.
The beach, seafront promenade and a variety of local amenities are all nearby, including supermarkets, a pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and bars, all within easy walking distance.
