Casa Arte Cuadrado is a Colonial stile house with high ceilings which has been restored
by an artist and contains many original features.
The two bedrooms and the living room have wonderful sea view. The center of the
house is the dining area with a wood fired oven and the kitchen. The bathroom has also
antique appliances and a shower. The large conservatory is nice for a breakfast in the
morning sun. There is also a second table for computer work etc.or space for yoga.
From here you get to the second toilette and a storage room.
From the hall you can enter the huge terrace, also with wonderful views of the sea and
the islands of Tenerife, La Gomera and El Hierro from east to west. Around the house
there is a an extended garden which is not fenced. In front of the house you will find a
parking space on private grounds.
I live in a second house on the 4500 sqm ground and have two friendly dogs which run
free. There is no mobile reception on the premises but internet via fibre optics (with up
to 300 mps) will keep you connected.
The house is situated in Fuencaliente on the LP2, about 700m north-east of the main
village Los Canarios (with shops and everything you need) which you can reach by a
foot path.
There is a good bus connection from the village to Santa Cruz in the east, Los Llanos in
the west and down south to several beaches. By car you will reach the beaches, the
light house and the salines in 15-25 mins., 35 mins. to Santa Cruz and 25 mins to the
airport.
