Locatie

The village of Puntagorda with several small supermarkets, bars and restaurants is within walking distance. A health food shop, a bakery and a restaurant are rechable within in 5 minutes by away. The accommodation is also particularly interesting for hikers, as the first hiking trails start in the immediate vicinity of the house. There are routes down to the sea to the Puerto de Puntagorda or up into the pine forests and further to the Roque de los Muchachos.

Buitenfaciliteiten

In front of the house is the 180 sqm large terrace, furnished with a table, a bench and two chairs. On hot days, the pergola provides plenty of shade. There is another seating area on the roof terrace. From here you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountain landscape as well as the most beautiful sunsets on La Palma. Two sun loungers with cushions, a parasol and a barbecue are also available to guests of the house. A parking space is right next to the house.

Slaapkamer

The house has a bedroom with a double bed with two single cold foam mattresses (each 90 cm x 180 cm), bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and air conditioning as well as access to the terrace. The third and fourth person will be accommodated on the sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm). Winter blankets are provided for colder days.

Woonkamer

Bright, open living room with sofa bed, armchair, television via internet on a Smart TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace.

Keuken

Integrated kitchen with ceramic hob (4 plates), extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, juicer and a dining table with two chairs and two stools.

Barrier-free bathroom with wheelchair-accessible shower, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. From a rental period of more than 28 days, the owners offer a discount upon request. An extra cleaning is possible upon request and will be charged on spot. Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in from 5 pm, check out until 9 am. The Spanish and a little English speaking manager are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
