Locatie

The house is located in a quiet environment in the district of San Nicolas in Las Manchas, at the foot of the volcano Tajogaite, on the sunny west side of the island. Los Llanos is reachable in about 12 minutes by car and has restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and shops. The popular bay of Charco Verde is within 10 minutes by car. The popular restaurant "Bodega de Tamanca", the "Plaza La Glorieta" and the visitor centre of the volcanic caves "Caños de Fuego" and "Cueva de las Palomas" are nearby. Las Manchas has two bars, a small pharmacy and a health centre. In Jedey is a small shop called "Viveres Lalas".

The fully fenced property has an electric entrance gate. Parking spaces are directly on the property. In front of the house is the pool area with heated saltwater swimming pool (8 m x 4 m), sun loungers and parasol. Next to the house is a covered barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen and a large table with chairs. A table tennis table is also available.

Slaapkamer

The house has three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe and air conditioning. The third bedrooms has two twin beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), a bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Woonkamer

Spacious living room with two leather sofas, sofa table, satellite, German and Spanish television, fireplace, dining table with six chairs and access to the conservatory. The spacious conservatory is divided into a dining area with a dining table with six chairs and a cosy seating area with lounge furniture and has direct access to the outside area.

Keuken

A fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances awaits you. This includes an induction stove, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer combination, a dishwasher, a toaster, a water kettle, a coffee machine, a blender, an electric citrus press, numerous kitchen utensils and a dining table with three chairs.

Badkamer

The house has two bathrooms with shower, WC and hairdryer, one of the bathrooms is connected to one of the bedrooms. A guest WC is located behind the house, next to the barbecue area.

Overig

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Beach towels are provided. A cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 10 am. The Spanish and a little English speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
