The city is known for its centuries-old architecture, cobblestone streets, and busy harbor. Between numerous palaces, colonial-style buildings and houses of traditional Canarian architecture, vacationers will find many shops, cafes and restaurants. Santa Cruz de La Palma is the capital of the island and the cultural and commercial center of the "Isla Bonita", as well as an ideal starting point for hikes and tours to all parts of the island. The city is with its subtropical climate all year-round ideal for recreation. The penthouse is located near the Barco de la Virgen and the next bus stop or taxi rank is within 5 minutes by walk. The beach is reachable in about 5 minutes by walk. It takes about 10 minutes by car or by bus to the airport.

The penthouse has two terraces furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers. One terrace has approximately 40 sqm and offers an unrestricted view at the Atlantic Ocean; the other has approximately 30 sqm and is oriented to the west. Parking spaces are situated at the entrance of the building.

Slaapkamer

The penthouse has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a large Japanese futon bed and view at the Ocean, the second has a double bed.

The large bright living room has a sofa, Spanish TV and access to the terrace.

Keuken

The modern, very well-equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, toaster and a breakfast counter with three bar stools. The adjoining dining area has a dining table with six chairs.

Badkamer

The penthouse has two bathrooms, each with a shower, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

The penthouse will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Beach towels are provided. Smoking inside the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 12 am. The some English, French and Spanish speaking administrator is at your disposal for questions or wishes.
