Locatie

The holiday house Casa Gomez is located in Aguatavar, a district of Tijarafe, on the sunny west side of La Palma; in a quiet environment with spectacular views at the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding mountain landscape. Hiking trails and starting points for mountain bike tours are in the immediate vicinity. The beach Playa de la Veta is reachable in about 10 minutes by car, the beach of Tazacorte in about 25 minutes. Los Llanos is within 40 minutes by car. The village of Tijarafe is nearby and has bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Buitenfaciliteiten

A large sun deck with swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol and outdoor shower is located next to the house. Guests of the house enjoy from here spectacular views at the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding mountain landscape. The outdoor area with approximately 100 sqm offers various seating areas. A pergola with wooden furniture as well as the covered terrace with comfortable lounge furniture offer a shady place on hot days. Various fruit trees such as pomegranate are planted on the property. Guests can harvest them for their own use. A small barbecue with a table and two chairs is located at the back of the house. In a separate room behind the house is the washing machine and a separate toilet. A parking space is located directly at the property.

Slaapkamer

The house has a bedroom with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside table with bedside lamp, closet and access to the covered terrace. The child will be accommodated on the sofa bed (135 x 190 cm) in the living room.

Woonkamer

The open living-dining area has a comfortable corner sofa bed, a 32" flat screen satellite TV, a dining table with four chairs and access to the terrace.

Keuken

Very well-equipped integrated kitchenette with ceramic stove (2 plates), microwave, electric oven, combined fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, hand juicer, sandwich maker and hand blender.

Badkamer

Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Pets are allowed. Smoking inside the house is not allowed! A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge upon prior request. Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 12 am. The Spanish speaking owner of the house is at your disposal for questions or wishes.
