The completely reformed house has a living space of 40 sqm and consists of a living-dining area with integrated kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. A large sun deck with swimming pool is next to the house. The outdoor area with approximately 100 sqm offers various seating possibilities. A pergola with wooden furniture as well as the covered terrace with comfortable lounge furniture offer a shady place on hot days. A barbecue area completes the ambience of the house. Internet enables free surfing on your own laptop. The house is suitable for two adults and a child.
Location
The holiday house Casa Gomez is located in Aguatavar, a district of Tijarafe, on the sunny west side of La Palma; in a quiet environment with spectacular views at the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding mountain landscape. Hiking trails and starting points for mountain bike tours are in the immediate vicinity. The beach Playa de la Veta is reachable in about 10 minutes by car, the beach of Tazacorte in about 25 minutes. Los Llanos is within 40 minutes by car. The village of Tijarafe is nearby and has bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Outdoor facilities
A large sun deck with swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol and outdoor shower is located next to the house. Guests of the house enjoy from here spectacular views at the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding mountain landscape. The outdoor area with approximately 100 sqm offers various seating areas. A pergola with wooden furniture as well as the covered terrace with comfortable lounge furniture offer a shady place on hot days. Various fruit trees such as pomegranate are planted on the property. Guests can harvest them for their own use. A small barbecue with a table and two chairs is located at the back of the house. In a separate room behind the house is the washing machine and a separate toilet. A parking space is located directly at the property.

Bedroom
The house has a bedroom with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), bedside table with bedside lamp, closet and access to the covered terrace. The child will be accommodated on the sofa bed (135 x 190 cm) in the living room.

The open living-dining area has a comfortable corner sofa bed, a 32" flat screen satellite TV, a dining table with four chairs and access to the terrace.
Kitchen
Very well-equipped integrated kitchenette with ceramic stove (2 plates), microwave, electric oven, combined fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, hand juicer, sandwich maker and hand blender.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Pets are allowed. Smoking inside the house is not allowed! A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge upon prior request. Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 12 am. The Spanish speaking owner of the house is at your disposal for questions or wishes.

Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus mit ein einer schönen Außenanlage auf der man sich erholen kann! Das Haus ist schön abgeschieden und man ist ungestört. Ich bin schon das vierte Mal in der Finca gewesen!
Die Finca ist sehr schön und ich hatte einen wunderbaren erholsamen Urlaub! Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man mal einen ruhigen Tag einlegen möchte, kann man an der Finca wunderbar entspannen und sich zum Beispiel am Pool sonnen. Auch habe ich meine Frühstücke mit Meeresblick sehr genossen! Für die Astronomie war die grelle Parkplatzlampe störend, aber der Vermieter hat geholfen und danach konnte man wunderbar die Milchstraße sehen. Die Finca liegt abgeschieden und ruhig. Man kann also, wenn man will, wunderbar ausschlafen, wenn man die Nacht die Sterne beobachtet hat. Die Küche war für mich ausreichend ausgerüstet. Es könnten etwas mehr Regale im Schlafzimmerschrank sein, aber wenn das das einzige Manko ist, dann bedeutet das einfach, dass ansonsten alles super war!
