The holiday house Casita Vista Valle is located on an approximately 2000 sqm large plot of garden, has a unique panoramic view over the Aridane Valley and consists of two identical equipped apartments. Both apartments have approximately 45 sqm of living space and consists of a living room with two sofas and satellite TV, an open kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with two twin beds, a bathroom and a furnished terrace. A barbecue area as well as several seating- and lounging areas for relaxing and with beautiful views are provided to Guests disposal. The house is suitable for 2 persons.
Location
The house is located in a quiet environment between El Paso and Los Llanos. Supermarkets, pharmacies and banks are within 5 minutes by car, to the beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte about 15 minutes. The restaurants “Abuela” and “Sombrero” are within 10 minutes walking distance.

Unique view at the mountains of the “Cumbre” and the Aridane valley with view at the Atlantic Ocean on the horizon.

Large plot of 2000 sqm and well-tended ornamental garden with cactus, flowers, shrubs and palm trees. In front of the apartment is one with table, chairs and sun loungers furnished terrace. A barbecue area and sun loungers with umbrellas are provided.

The apartment has a bedroom with two twin beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm), which can be arranged as a double bed. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Kitchen
Well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), oven, coffee machine, toaster and dining table with 4 chairs.

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed if needed. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed. The German, Spanish and English speaking owners are available for questions.

Wir konnten eine Woche in dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus verbringen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit ruhiger Lage, Ausstattung, Komfort, Zimmer, Helligkeit der Wohnung, Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer, Garten, Kontakt zum Vermieter. Es hat alles einfach rundherum gestimmt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Strand mit Baden und Unternehmungen ist es bestens zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter für den sehr netten Kontakt.
