The studio Sol y Playa has approximately 35 sqm of living space and is located on the first floor of an apartment building in the seaside resort Puerto Naos on the sunny west side of La Palma. It consists of a combined bedroom - living room with integrated kitchen, a bathroom and a 6 sqm large furnished balcony with sea view.
Location
The apartment is located in the seaside resort Puerto Naos. It’s just a two minutes’ walk and you're on the beach. Puerto Naos has small shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bus stop, a bike station, a diving centre and a paraglider station. The promenade in front of the beach invites you for a sunset walk.

Outdoor facilities
The approximately 6 sqm large, covered balcony is equipped with a sofa and a table with 4 chairs. Public parking spaces are provided. A restaurant and a café with bakery is situated on the ground floor of the building.

Lift, satellite TV, washing machine, air-conditioning system (hot/ cold), internet / Wifi, iron, hairdryer. The owner of the apartment provides for guests who rent the apartment at least 14 days a voucher for two persons for a breakfast in a cafe on site.

Integrated kitchen with ceramic stove (2 hobs), extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and breakfast bar with two bar stools.

Bathroom with combined bathtub/shower, WC, washing machine and hairdryer.
Others
The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. A cot and a high chair will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! This accommodation can be rented for long term (minimum 4 weeks), price on request.
