The holiday house with swimming pool is located between El Paso and Los Llanos at 517 meters above sea level in a spacious settlement with beautiful houses and gardens on the sunny west side of La Palma. Two restaurants can be reached in appx. 10 minutes by foot. El Paso is reachable in appx. 5 minutes by car and has shops, restaurants and a farmers marked. The beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte are within 10 minutes by car.

Bedroom

The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. The other has two twin beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm) which can be arranged as a double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. An additional bed for children (90 cm x 200 cm) or a cot can be provided free of charge. A fall protection is also available.

Living room

Open and bright living room with two sofas, coffee table, cozy armchairs next to the fireplace, satellite TV, flat screen and access to the furnished conservatory and to the terrace. The firewood for the fireplace is provided free of charge.

Kitchen

Separate kitchen with ceramic stove (4 ceramic hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender and fruit juice squeezer. The dining room is furnished with a table and six chairs. High chairs will be provided free of charge upon prior request.

Bathroom

The house has a bathroom with walk in shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge. Children with an age from 2 years until 12 years will be charged with 5,- Euros per night. Children with an age from 12 years on will be charged with the normal price of 15,- Euros per night. A cot and a high chair will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided. Beach towels will be provided free of charge upon prior request. An extra cleaning is possible after consultation at the property management service and will be charged directly on site. Smoking inside the house is not allowed!
