Casa La Palmera is a Canarian holiday house and is located close to Las Manchas in the west of the island. It has approximately 100 sqm of living space and consists with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with seating area and an open kitchen with dining area. The beautiful property with the mountains in the background has two furnished terraces and offers an amazing view at the Atlantic Ocean.
Location
Casa La Palmera is located in a quiet and rural area. The next small supermarkets and a restaurant can be reached in a few minutes by walk.

The furnished terraces are partly covered and overgrown with plants and have umbrellas.

Bedroom
The house has three bedrooms; the first one has a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm, foam mattress), the second one has two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm, spring core mattresses) and the third one has two single beds with foam mattresses (80 cm x 180 cm).
Living room
The living room has seating corner for watching TV and a separate dining area.
Kitchen
The open kitchen has a gas stove with four flames and oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and a water kettle.
Bathroom
The house has two bathrooms, one has a bathtub and WC, the other one has a shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.
Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed every 14 days. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.
Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.
