The house Casa Mavi 4 is located in Los Pedregales in a quiet environment above Los Llanos on the sunny west side of La Palma. It has approximately 60 sqm of living space and consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a furnished terrace with view at the Atlantic Ocean. A communal swimming pool is available to the guests of the house. The house can accommodate two persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop. Next to the house Casa Mavi 4 are four other holiday houses. Friends or families can spend here undisturbed holidays.
Location
The house is located above the village of Los Llanos. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are reachable within 5 minutes by car, to the beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte it takes about 10 minutes.

Outdoor facilities
The house has a covered terrace furnished with a table and four chairs as well as a lovingly designed outdoor area with sun loungers, an umbrella and a barbecue. Below the house is a swimming pool for shared use by the four houses. Parking spaces are provided directly at the house.

Very well equipped kitchen with ceramic stove, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle, toaster and dining table with four chairs.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. Towels and bathrobes are provided.
Others
The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. An extra cleaning is possible upon request and will be charged on spot. Smoking inside the house is not allowed! The German, English and Spanish speaking owners of the house are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
