The apartment is located in the seaside resort Puerto Naos just a few steps far from the beach. Puerto Naos has small shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bus stop, a bike station, a diving centre and a paraglider station. The promenade in front of the beach invites you for a sunset walk.

The apartment has a large balcony, furnished with a table, four chairs and two sun chairs. Public parking spaces are provided.

Slaapkamer

The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm), which can be arranged as a double bed, bedside table and built-in closet. The third person will be accommodate on the sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) in the living room.

Woonkamer

Open living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, Spanish TV, dining table with 4 chairs and access to the balcony.

Keuken

Very well integrated kitchenette with ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle.

Badkamer

Bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.

Overig

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 3 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Beach towels are provided. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! A high chair and a cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. For bookings from more than one month to a maximum of 3 months, the owner gives a discount; price on request. Renting for longer than 3 months is not possible. The English and Spanish speaking owner is at your disposal for questions or wishes.
