The house is situated in a quiet environment on an 700 sqm large property above the village of Tazacorte on the sunny west side of La Palma. The beach of Tazacorte is about 5 km away; Los Llanos about 10 km. Tazacorte has supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and restaurants.

Guests have an amazing view at the canyon “Barranco de las Angustias” up to the crater of the Caldera de Taburiente, the Volcanos and the Atlantic Ocean.

The property offers a beautifully landscaped garden with many tropical plants, various fruit trees such as oranges, lemons, mangos, as well as palm trees and flowers. In front of the house is a covered terrace, furnished with a table and four chairs, all with cushions. The lovingly designed outdoor area has a heated, coverable swimming pool with counter-current installation, based on chlorine water, 4 sun loungers with cushions, an umbrella, an awning, a table with 4 chairs, all with cushions, and various seating areas. The roof terrace has a table and two wicker chairs. Guests enjoy from here a unique view at the Barranco de las Angustias up to the crater of the Caldera de Taburiente, the volcanos and the Atlantic Ocean. The possibility of having a barbecue completes the ambience of this holiday house. Two parking spaces are located directly at the house.

Slaapkamer

The house consists of two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps, wardrobe, fan, chest of drawers as well as large windows with mosquito net. The other bedroom has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, beside lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, air-conditioning system (hot/ cold) as well as windows with mosquito net. Nordic quilts are provided for colder days.

Woonkamer

One living room with fireplace, a large dining table with four chairs and a sideboard is located on the ground floor. The second living room is situated on the upper floor and has a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a desk, German TV, Spanish TV, DVD-player and access to the terrace. Various games and a selection of books are available for the guests of the house.

Keuken

The very well equipped kitchen has a stove (3 flames of gas and 1 electric hob), an oven, a microwave, a dish washer, a coffee machine, a toaster, a water kettle, a fruit juice squeezer a hand blender and a dining table with 3 chairs.

Badkamer

The house consists of two bathrooms. One bathroom with combined bathtub/ shower, WC with cleaning function and hairdryer. The second bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Beach towels are provided. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed!

Deposit Information
A security deposit of €200 is required for this accommodation. You may either pay it in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer 7 days before arrival. After departure and inspection, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer within 4 days.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 10 am. A high chair and a cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. The German, English, Spanish and Dutch speaking administrator of the house is at your disposal for questions or wishes.
