The holiday house Casa Palma Real is located between Tazacorte and La Laguna, in a quiet environment on the sunny west side of La Palma and is surrounded by the typical banana plantations of the island. Tazacorte can be reached in a few minutes by car. There are shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks, a tourist office, a banana museum, a gym and a public outdoor swimming pool which opens during the summer months. The beach of Tazacorte is about 15 minutes by car.

The holiday house Casa Palma Real has a beautiful landscaped garden. The 6 m x 3 m large, on chlorine-based swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious pool deck, which is equipped with sun loungers, all with cushions and an umbrella. In front of the living room is a large, partially covered terrace with a table, four chairs and view at the Atlantic Ocean. At the pool level is another covered terrace with barbecue, sink and dining table with chairs. Parking spaces are directly at the house.

Slaapkamer

The house has two bedrooms. One of them has a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm, matrasses made from viscoelastic foam), bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobe and a master bathroom. The other is furnished with two twin beds (each 90 cm x 190 cm, matrasses made from viscoelastic foam), bedside table, bedside lamp and wardrobe. Quilts are provided for colder days.

Woonkamer

Bright, open and cozy living room with sofa corner, armchair, coffee table, satellite TV, Spanish TV, flat screen, stereo system with CD-player, fireplace, dining table with six chairs and access to the terrace. A small library is provided to the guests of the house.

Keuken

The integrated, very well equipped kitchen has a ceramic stove (4 hobs), an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a water kettle, a toaster, a hand blender and a fruit juice squeezer.

Badkamer

The house has two bathrooms. One of them is connected to the master bedroom and is equipped with a walk in shower, WC and hairdryer. The second bathroom has a walk in shower and a WC.

Overig

The house will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days. Children with an age of less than 2 years stay free of charge. Children with an age from 2 until 12 years will be charged with 5 Euro per day. Children with an age from 12 years on will be charged with the normal price. A cot and a high chair will be provided free of charge upon prior request. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Weekly intermediate cleaning. An extra cleaning is possible upon request and will be charged on spot. Beach towels are provided. This accommodation can be rented for long term. The minimum time of rental is three month; price on request. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 3 pm, check out until 11 am.
