This holiday complex consists of 8 bungalows, each of them with one to three bedrooms, and is situated 200 meters above sea level in an absolutely quiet environment, directly above the popular seaside resort of Puerto Naos on the sunny west side of La Palma. Surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden with a large swimming pool and view at the wonderful sunsets of La Palmas, this is a perfect place for relaxing holidays. The bungalow shown here has approximately 35 sqm of living space and consists of a living room, an open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, an unobservable, furnished terrace, and is located in the second row. The bungalow can accommodate 2 persons. Internet allows free surfing on your own laptop. Due the railings and the terraces, this facility is not suitable for little children.
Locatie
This resort is located 200 meters above sea level in an absolutely quiet environment, directly above the popular seaside resort of Puerto Naos on the sunny west side of La Palmas. You can reach Puerto Naos in 5 minutes by car and there are shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and a bus stop, a bike station, a diving center and a paragliding station. Los Llanos and Tazacorte is reachable in about 10 minutes by car. You can reach by a short drive the popular hiking trails of La Palma and starting points for a bike tour.

The bungalow has a terrace furnished with a table, two chairs, two sun loungers and an umbrella and offers views at the Atlantic Ocean. The bungalows are surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden with an 8 m x 4 m large swimming pool and a sauna. The large pool deck has many sun loungers, an outdoor shower and offers a wonderful view at the Atlantic Ocean. Free parking spaces are available next to the holiday complex.

Swimming pool, sauna (free of charge), satellite TV, internet (WLAN), safe, hairdryer, heating radiator. A washing machine and a barbecue area are available to guests of the facility free of charge.

Overig
The Bungalow will not be rented for a stay of less than 5 days. Bed linen are provided and will be changed after two weeks or on request. Towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Beach towels are provided. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in after 1 pm, check out until 10 am. A high chair and a cot are provided free of charge upon prior request. The German, English, Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte kleine Anlage. Terrasse mit wunderschönem Biick auf das Meer. Pool, Sauna, Waschmaschine. Sehr nette Betreuung. Appartement einfach und zweckmäßig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eigentlich hatte ich nur eine Woche gebucht, habe dann gleich noch eine drangehängt. Schöne Anlage mit Pool und tollem Blick über Puerto Naos auf den Atlantik. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sabine, die Verwalterin der Anlage ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frisches Obst und Avocados aus eigenem Anbau gibt es noch dazu. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Die Anlage liegt wunderschön in einem tropischen Garten - der Blick auf das Meer und die Küste von El Remo über Puerto Naos bis Bombilla ist traumhaft! Ein paradiesisches Fleckchen...

Die Anlage liegt traumhaft, die einzelnen Appartements sind ideal gelegen, tolle Aussicht und absolute Ruhe. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Wasser im Pool war leider sehr sehr kalt.
Annuleringsvoorwaarden
Cancelles (announces) the tenant the contract before the rental period, without naming a new tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, are as compensation after deducting the expenses saved, the following prorated rent (excluding cleaning) is payable unless a redeploying rental is not possible:- Until 49 days before arrival: 10% of rental
- Until 35 days before arrival: 30% of rental
- Up to 21 days before arrival: 60% of rental
- Until 14 days before arrival: 90% of rental
- Otherwise (less than 14 days before arrival) 100% of rental.
Nevertheless, the owner is trying to rent the property.
Cancel the tenant to stay off prematurely, he remains obligated to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination must be in written form. Decisive is the date of receipt of the declaration by the owner. In view of this possible case, the owner recommend that the tenant have a travel insurance.
