The bungalow is located together with another bungalow on a 1.000 sqm lovingly landscaped property in a quiet environment in Las Norias, in one of the best climatic zones of the island. The popular bay of Charco Verde is about 8 minutes by car. Fuencaliente and Los Llanos can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Los Llanos and Fuencaliente have shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies. The Caldera de Taburiente is about 25 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 35 minutes by car.

Slaapkamer

The bedroom has a double bed with two high-quality foam mattresses (each 80 cm x 200 cm), two bedside tables, two reading lamps and a wardrobe. Quilts are available for colder days.

Woonkamer

The open living room offers direct access to the terrace in front and is furnished with a wicker sofa, two wicker armchairs, a sofa table, satellite-, German and Spanish television, radio with CD player, air conditioning, heating and dining table with four chairs as well as a small selection of books.

Keuken

The integrated kitchen has a hob with three gas burners and an electric plate, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee machine, an espresso maker, a water kettle, a toaster and a juicer.

Badkamer

The bathroom has a shower, WC and a hairdryer.

Overig

The bungalow will not be rented for a stay of less than 4 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and can be changed if needed. Beach towels are also provided. Intermediate cleaning and linen change upon request on site for a fee. Smoking in the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in from 3 pm, check out until 11 am. The German, Spanish and English speaking owners are at your disposal for any questions or wishes.
