The Penthouse is located in Tazacorte, close to the Plaza San Miguel on the sunny west side of La Palma, which is known for the most hours of sunshine on La Palma. Supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, banks and a bus stop are nearby. Tazacorte has a tourist office, a banana museum, a gym and a public outdoor swimming pool, which opens during the summer months. The harbor and the beach of Tazacorte are within 30 minutes on foot.

Buitenfaciliteiten

Guests have from the living room access to a small balcony with sea view. The staircase in the living room leads you to the 160 sqm large roof terrace, the highlight of the penthouse. From here you can enjoy a 360º view at the mountains, Tazacorte, the youngest volcano of La Palma as well as the Atlantic Ocean with its beautiful sunsets. Several sheltered, partly covered, seating and dining areas as well as the slightly higher panoramic glazed terrace with seating and sun loungers, invites you to linger. A gas barbecue completes the ambience. The 9 m x 6 m lagoon-shaped swimming pool with children's pool is available to the tenants of the apartment building for communal use. Public parking spaces are provided.

Slaapkamer

The penthouse has two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with luxurious 2-person box-spring beds of 160 cm x 200 cm, bedside tables, reading lamps, a large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and heating.

Woonkamer

The bright living room is equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, satellite, German and Spanish TV, air conditioning, heating, a music system, and a dining table with four chairs and offers direct access to the balcony with sea view in front. You have access from the living room via a staircase to the private roof terrace. The accommodation has super-fast fiber optic internet / Wi-Fi and a smart TV. If you have a Netflix subscription and bring your login codes, you can watch your favorite series here. Guests of the penthouse also have a selection of books at their disposal.

Keuken

The separate kitchen, also with sea view, is fully equipped and has a ceramic stove with four plates, an extractor hood, an oven, a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee machine (you must bring your own capsules), a water kettle, a toaster, a fruit-juice squeezer and a hand blender. A washing machine is in the hallway leading to the roof terrace.

Badkamer

The accommodation has two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a modern WC, a beautiful washbasin with vanity unit and a glass shower cubicle. The shower is equipped with a hand shower and a rain shower with shower thermostat. The second bathroom is located on the roof terrace. A hairdryer is available.

Overig

The accommodation will not be rented for a stay of less than 7 days (shorter stays upon request). Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided. For stays of 14 nights or more, towels and bed linen are changed after 7 nights. Smoking in the accommodation and pets are not allowed! Arrival and departure: Check in by prior arrangement, check out until 10 am. The German, Dutch, French, Spanish and English speaking owners are at your disposal for any questions or wishes.
