Locatie

The villa is located in a quiet, rural environment on the sunny west side of La Palma. La Punta is located in an excellent climate zone, which usually has pleasant temperatures all year round and allows you to spend a lot of your holiday time outside. The restaurant and the viewpoint "El Time" are near the house. Above the property is the Mirador "Las Cabezadas". Hikes can start directly from here. One of the hiking routes runs 50 m from the house and leads up to the Roque de los Muchachos, the highest mountain on La Palma with the seat of the observatory. The next supermarket is in La Punta and can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. It takes about 15 minutes by car to the beach of Tazacorte and 25 minutes to Los Llanos. The airport is about 60 minutes away by car.

Buitenfaciliteiten

Guests of the house have from the kitchen direct access to a terrace, which is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Behind the terrace is the covered barbecue area. Two additional house terraces and a large garden terrace with corner bench and hammocks are available to the guests of the house. In the lush garden with flowers, trees, shrubs and rare cacti is a small pond with goldfishes. Parking spaces are on the property, one beside the road and 40 m above the house. A second possibility for parking is 15m below the house and accesible via a very steep driveway,

Families, couples, those who seek tranquility, hikers and nature lovers. (not for people disabled in walking) From the car park a approx. 40 m large path leads down to the house.

Slaapkamer

The house consists of a total of three bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed is located on the ground floor. Another bedroom with a double bed and its own terrace is located on the upper floor and can be reached via the outside staircase. The third bedroom is accessible via the terrace and has a bunk bed.

Woonkamer

The cozy living room is situated on the ground floor of the house and has two comfortable sofas, two armchairs and a fireplace.

Keuken

The kitchen is on the ground floor of the house and is equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster, a water kettle and a dining table with four chairs.

Badkamer

Bathroom with combined bathtub/ shower, WC and hairdryer.

Overig

Minimum stay 7 days. A deposit of 150 euros is required on arrival.Towels and bed linen are plentiful provided and can be changed if needed. A cot is available upon prior request. Smoking inside the house and pets are not allowed. Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 10 am. The German, English and Spanish speaking administrator of the house is at your disposal for questions or requests.
