Casa Surya is a modern and spacious holiday house on the west side of La Palma and has 165 sqm of living space with swimming pool. The spacious living room has a dining area and the open kitchen is attached to the circular room with Canarian wooden ceilings and comfortable sofas. The two bedrooms also have wooden ceilings for an especially sense of space. Two bathrooms provide the necessary comfort for four guests. The tasteful decor provides other convenience like flat screen TV with HDD recorder (TV with time lag), a stereo system with USB port and wireless internet, so guests can use the Web in the house or on the terrace.

Locatie

Casa Surya is situated in a quiet area, in the lower part of Las Manchas. The towns and the beaches of the Aridane-valley are easily reachable. The village Las Manchas has a small supermarket and a restaurant.

Uitzicht

Guests have an amazing view at the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.

Overig

Cots must be ordered in advance. Cots for children up to an age of 2 years will be provided free of charge, for children of an age from 2 years on for a fee of 3 Euros per day. A high chair can be ordered in advance and will be charged with 2,50 Euro per day. Children up to an age of 2 years stay free of charge, children with an age of 2 years on pay the full price.

Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are available and will be changed weekly. Additional changes of bed linen, towels and dishcloths or additional cleanings are possible at any time on request. Billing according at cost.

Arrival and departure: Check in after 2 pm, check out until 11 am. The rented property must be left broom clean and with cleaned dishes. For late arrival, this applies from 8 pm, a fee of 25.- Euro is required.

Use of the pool heating must be requested at least 3 days before arrival. A pool temperature of approximately 23 °C can only be guaranteed if the pool cover is used correctly. The indicated temperature cannot be guaranteed in case of extreme weather conditions such as strong wind, rain, or low temperatures.

War alles wie beschrieben ....Mietwagenübernahme und Bezug der Unterkunft wie immer unkompliziert/problemlos....einfach TOP

Tolle Unterkunft, unverbauter und traumhafter Blick auf das Meer, genau wie abgebildet. Alles super - vom Check in bis zum Check out, nur die Waschmaschine sollte man nicht benutzen. Wäsche hatte einen üblen Geruch und musste nochmal per Hand gewaschen werden danach.
