The apartment is located in Los Barros, above the village of Los Llanos. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are reachable within 5 minutes by car, to the beaches of Puerto Naos and Tazacorte it takes about 10 minutes. Starting points for hikers are nearby.

The kitchen is integrated into the living area and is equipped with a three-burner hob, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware. Microwave available upon request.

Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.
Others
The minimum stay is 3 or 4 days, depending on the season. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided in sufficient quantity for the stay; they are changed weekly upon request and free of charge. For bookings longer than one month, a discount may be available. The owner speaks Spanish and English and is available should any issue arise. Drinking water and seasonal fruit are also offered as a welcome gesture.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine schöne Terrasse von der aus man einen herrlichen Blick über Los Llanos und die umliegenden Bananenplantagen hat. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Besitzer, Pedro, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns mit Bananen und Avocados aus eigenem Anbau begrüßt.
