Bedroom

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed (135 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. The third person will be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room.

Open and bright living room with sofa bed, coffee table, satellite TV, Spanish TV, dining table with three chairs and access to the terrace.

Kitchen

Integrated kitchen with ceramic stove (4 hobs), extractor hood, oven, microwave, coffee maker, water kettle and toaster.

Bathroom

Bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer.

Others

The apartment will not be rented for a stay of less than 3 days. Bed linen, towels and dishcloths are provided and will be changed once a week. Beach towels are provided. Smoking inside the apartment and pets are not allowed! A high chair and a cot will be provided free of charge after prior request. For bookings from more than one month to a maximum of 3 months, the owner gives a discount; price on request. Renting for longer than 3 months is not possible. The English and Spanish speaking owner is at your disposal for questions or wishes.
