The very quietly situated house "La Palma" is located in a beautiful, 2500 sqm large, overgrown park. The house belongs to the exclusive, small holiday complex Jardin de Aridane, which is lovingly and carefully run by the owner couple. It has a living room with an open American kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 18 sqm large terrace. Large sun terraces, furnished with stylish, comfortable garden furniture and a solar-heated swimming pool are available to all guests of the complex.
Location
Quiet, located between Los Llanos and El Paso. Bus stops, a food store and restaurants are within 10 minutes by walk.

Outdoor facilities
The house has its own terrace with awning. The subtropical park with romantic, tranquil oases, solar-heated swimming pool (5 m x 10 m x 1,60 m) with large sun terrace, comfortable sun loungers, parasols, as well as tables and chairs, barbecue area, fish pond with waterfall and aviary with exotic birds are available to guests for communal use. A private parking space is available on the property.

Solar heated swimming pool 10 m x 5 m x 1,60 m, satellite TV, internet (WiFi), air conditioning, laundry service. Electricity costs are charged according to consumption with 0,40/kWh.

Bedroom
The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), the other with two single beds (spring mattresses, each 80 cm x 200 cm). Fire detectors are available.

Kitchen
Well equipped, open kitchen with gas stove (4 flames), toaster, coffee machine and espresso machine.
Bathroom
Bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and bathrobes.

Change of bed linen every 2 weeks, change of towels, beach towels and discloths every 3 days or as required. Extra blankets are provided. Ironing facilities, washing machine and dryer use by arrangement. The accommodation is not suitable for children with an age of less than 13 years, pets are not allowed. Own free internet, free telephone calls to many countries in the world. The German, English, Dutch and Spanish speaking owners are at your disposal for questions or wishes.
